Mr. Mojaddidi brings a wealth of  experience through his background in investment Real Estate and Information Technology.  AJ has been involved in Real Estate for over 8 years in Virginia and most recently in North Carolina. As founder of BHM Properties, he was involved in the construction, renovation and development of multiple properties in the Central Virginia area. Along with his strong real estate background, AJ worked in the semiconductor industry as a Senior Information Technology Consultant for over 10+ years and is also a certified International Project Manager (IPMA).

AJ is a multifaceted and pragmatic vision leader with a track record of driving key Real Estate operations and business development initiatives. He has expertise in global operations management and Six Sigma Implementation. He is focused on providing the following Value Add opportunities for his clients:

• Leveraged ability to recognize and capitalize on market-trends and impact bottom-line through strategic planning, pricing, marketing research, brand messaging, and forecasting.

Mr. Mojaddidi received a BA in Business Administration  with a concentration in Information Technology and Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.   AJ lives in Wake Forest with his wife and daughter and is a member of numerous local and regional business organizations.
