Bob Bell joined Commercial Carolina, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, in September 2008 and is located in the Charlotte office specializing in office brokerage and investment sales. 

Bob has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Prior to joining Commercial Carolina, he owned and operated a real estate and construction company and was the Director of Leasing for over 1 million square feet of office and retail space for Queens Properties, a JA Jones Company.

Bob received his BSBA degree from Appalachian State University concentrating in Business Management.  He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and Charlotte Realtors Association and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.  He is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor and Insurance Adjuster. 

In his free time, Bob enjoys golf, tennis, running, biking, kayaking, snowboarding, kiteboarding and flying the friendly skies as a licensed commercial pilot.  Bob is married and lives in Charlotte with their three dogs.
