Chalmer D. Dixon (Chuck)

For over 30 years Chuck has been involved in the real estate industry with a career that has included commercial lending, development, ownership and most recently, brokerage through his affiliation with Commercial Carolina Corporation.

Although a majority of Chuck’s career has been involved with commercial real estate, he was also involved in residential land development as the Executive Vice President of Homestead Land & Timber overseeing the development of over 45 subdivisions encompassing 2,000 lots on 7,000 acres in three states.

Chuck specializes in representing tenants in achieving their industrial and office space objectives in the Charlotte area and western portion of North Carolina with transactions completed as far west as Asheville. Mr. Dixon has represented the interest of numerous Fortune 500 companies who specifically requested his services on future assignments, to include: ABB, Crate & Barrel, Hewlett & Packard, King & Spalding, Nestle, SCI, Trane, Unilever and Verizon.

Mr. Dixon received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a member of the Commercial Board Of Realtors and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
