Mr. Barzola joined Commercial Carolina, a member of Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, in 2007. He is currently located in our Raleigh, NC office and specializes in representing individuals and corporations in achieving their real estate objectives throughout the Raleigh-Durham region as well as on a national basis. Charlie represents a diverse client base and can offer several ranges of services, including tenant and landlord representation of office/medical office, industrial/flex, retail, investment sales, and land disposition. His knowledge and understanding of the local, regional, and national markets creates and advantage for his client’s real estate solutions, and he has completed multiple transactions for some of his clients. Charlie’s success lies in his knowledge and understanding of the markets and their trends. He is an experienced negotiator and a proven performer for both buyers and sellers of property.

Charlie has 10 years of construction, finance, and real estate experience in the Triangle area and is originally from Hillsborough, NC.  Before joining Commercial Carolina, Charlie was a residential real estate broker with Rich Realty Group in Raleigh.  He received his B.S. degree from  East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.  Charlie is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks.  Charlie resides in Raleigh with his family, where he attends Christ Church and is involved as a volunteer in several charitable organizations.
