As an associate with Commercial Carolina / Cushman & Wakefield Triad office, Cheryl provides comprehensive real estate brokerage and advisory services for leasing, acquisition and disposition of office and medical office property for corporate and private clients.  Current and prior clients include Davenport & Company, Swift Galey, ThyssenKrupp, Trotter Holdings LLC, and RSC Equipment Rental Company among others.

Cheryl joined the Commercial Carolina’s Greensboro office in 2008 and is a licensed real estate broker in North and Virginia.  Prior to working with Commercial Carolina, Cheryl was active with her own real estate brokerage company and worked in various outside sales positions for over ten years.  Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in Human Environmental Sciences with a minor in Marketing in 1992.  Cheryl currently lives in Summerfield with her husband and two children.
