Clyde Robinson joined the Charlotte office of Commercial Carolina/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in 2010. Clyde provides a wide range of services on behalf of tenants and landlords specializing in office leasing and sales.  Mr. Robinsons primary focus is to advise National, Regional, and local clients with strategic Corporate Solutions, and Tenant Representation.

Mr. Robinson started his Commercial Real Estate career in college as an intern with Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate. At Percival McGuire he assisted the Property Management team with tenant relations. After Percival McGuire, Clyde joined RJS Properties a privately held real estate investment firm of office, retail, and industrial property. During his tenure at RJS, Clyde assisted in construction on build to suit office projects, Lease analysis, and Market research.

Clyde graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a BA in Business & Sports Management. He also received a concentration in Marketing and Communication. While at Belmont Abbey College, Clyde was captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.  Mr. Robinson has also been accepted into the CCIM institute Cultural Diversity Education program in hopes to achieve his CCIM designation. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
