R. Hunter Willard

Mr. Hunter Willard joined Commercial Carolina Corporation, a member of Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, in October of 2006 and is located in the Raleigh, NC office. While specializing in retail & industrial, Hunter has experience in all product types including office, industrial, flex and retail. Commercial Carolina Corporation is the founding firm in the Cushman & Wakefield’s Alliance Program, which formed in 2001.

Hunter has represented Office, Industrial and Retail clients both nationally and on the local level. Hunter brings a high level of excitement and energy and an ability to build lasting relationships to every transaction he is a part of.  His client list includes Black’s Tire, ManTech, Jacobson Companies, Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Silverline Building Products, ACP of Florida and Snap Fitness to name a few

Mr. Willard received a BS in Applied Economics and a minor in Business from East Carolina University.  He is a member of the TRAOBA and the East Carolina Alumni Association.  Hunter is active in the community serving at the local Men’s Shelter of Raleigh along with other activities.  Hunter is from Apex, NC and currently lives in Downtown Raleigh.
