J.D. McNeill joined Commercial Carolina Corporation, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Alliance, in December 2004.  Over the past four years, he has negotiated leases for both small businesses and national corporations across the region. 

J.D. is a team member of an asset services group with Commercial Carolina that represents the leasing efforts of over 600,000 square feet of Class A office and flex properties for a local development venture from the Triangle Region.  Over the last four years, JD has been rewarded the representation to assist in negotiations for renewals and corporate relocations across the major markets of the Triangle and North Carolina.  Mr. McNeill’s Corporate Service client list includes General Electric, ABB, Teach for America, USIS, Thomson Corporation, Alston & Bird and NetIQ.     

Mr. McNeill received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina. Mr. McNeill is on the Board of the Triangle Area Office Building Association and an active member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.  Originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina, J.D. is an avid golfer, enjoys fishing and has been involved with mission trips to inner cities nationwide.
