In 1999 after selling the Chevrolet dealership in Monroe, NC, Jerry had the desire to change careers and enter the commercial real estate field. By applying sales and marketing expertise from many years in the transportation industry and investing in the latest technology, Jerry has been able to establish an impressive clientele of commercial accounts. Jerry specializes in land sales and commercial buildings. Jerry holds CCIM and ALC designations and is licensed as a broker in both North and South Carolina. Jerry and his wife Debra enjoy the hobby of traveling to and attending motorcycle rallies around the country. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.
