James B. Sineath, Jr. is Chairman of the Board / CEO of Commercial Carolina Corporation.  Mr. Sineath joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1979 as an Office Leasing Broker where he was hired to open the first Cushman & Wakefield North Carolina office.  From 1979 to 1991, he built the Cushman & Wakefield operation from one to three offices in North Carolina.  In 1991 Commercial Carolina Corporation was established.  The company maintains offices in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  Since establishing Commercial Carolina, Mr. Sineath continued to maintain a working relationship with Cushman & Wakefield, and is one of the founding members of the recently formed Cushman & Wakefield Alliance program.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance program. Additionally, he is a partner and officer in Coppedge & Tison, A Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member. Coppedge & Tison have offices in Charleston and Greenville/Spartanburg, SC.

Mr. Sineath holds a dual designation in both Industrial and Office as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR).  Additionally, he is a certified member of the Commercial Investment Member National Association of Realtors (CCIM).  He has served as the President and as a member of the Board of Directors of the North and South Carolina Chapters of the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR).  He has held board positions on several charity boards in both states.  He has served as Chairman of the Board of Child of the Heart Adoption Agency in Charleston, South Carolina and as a board member of Capital Ministries in Raleigh, North Carolina.  He served as an Elder at Crossroads Fellowship Church and has served on the Board of UCARE Ministries, a drug rehabilitation program for the high school students.

Mr. Sineath received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, with a major in Business Administration.
