Jim Casey is a Senior Vice President in the Charlotte, North Carolina, Commercial Carolina Corporation office. Mr. Casey assists companies with acquisition and disposition strategies to optimize investment opportunities. 

Prior to joining Commercial Carolina Corporation, Mr. Casey spent several years in the Capital Markets and Structured Finance divisions of both Wachovia Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities. He also spent several years at Citibank N.A.

Mr. Casey earned a BS from Wake Forest University in Mathematical-Economics and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Casey is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.  He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.  He is actively involved in the Charlotte community, including St. Peter’s Catholic Church and the Alexander Youth Network.
