Patrick McCoy joined the Charlotte office of Commercial Carolina/Cushman & Wakefield as Assistant Vice President in April 2006. Patrick assists both tenants and landlords with their strategic real estate solutions and specializes in office leasing and sales.
Prior to joining Commercial Carolina Corporation Patrick worked with Colliers Pinkard as an IT and Marketing Specialist.
Patrick is a member of several industry groups including the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM). In 2007 Patrick was awarded the CRCBR Deal Makers Silver Award for transaction volume.
Patrick is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina and South Carolina.
