Mr. Ralph V. Oldham joined Commercial Carolina Corporation, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, in August 2005 and is located in the Charlotte office, as an office leasing specialist.

Ralph has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in the representation of both landlords and tenants in lease transactions.  Prior to joining Commercial Carolina, he was with Highwoods Properties as the Director of Leasing for over 4 million square feet of office/flex/warehouse space for the Charlotte region, which included the Greenville and Columbia, SC markets.   Ralph possesses significant expertise in all facets of real estate transactions, start to finish, from negotiating lease points to coordinating tenant up-fitting projects.

Ralph graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s in public relations.  He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and is a member of the Charlotte Region Board of commercial realtors.
