Ronald P. Berry is a Vice President with the Charlotte office of Commercial Carolina/Cushman & Wakefield. Ron specializes in office and industrial real estate with additional focus on retail properties. Ron has spent the past 20 plus years as a Senior Manager with various corporations including IBM, GE, and Innolog Corporation.

At IBM, Mr. Berry managed a business operation that covered a 4 state area with revenue responsibilities of $200 Million and a staff of 150 people. He also was responsible for managing engagement teams that pursued very large billion dollar plus outsourcing deals.

During his real estate career, Mr. Berry’s clients range from very large multi-state corporate clients to those pursuing the sale of retail centers and individual retail properties in the local markets.

Mr. Berry’s education includes a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Executive Management Institute, the Harvard University/IBM CEO & CFO class and IBM’s Middle Management School.

Mr. Berry has served on numerous boards including the Clemson University President’s Advisory Board, the Clemson University Foundation Board, the Urban League, Boy Scouts of America, United Way, American Red Cross, Junior Achievement, Inroads and  the Catholic Social Services here in Charlotte.

Mr. Berry is a Licensed Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of North Carolina.
