William S. Baugher

Will Baugher joined Commercial Carolina‘s Charlotte office in November 2006.  He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.  Will helps both tenants and landlords with their commercial real estate needs, but specializes in office tenant-representation.  Mr. Baugher’s client list includes companies such as Mass Mutual, Capital One Bank, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Teach for America. 

Mr. Baugher started his commercial real estate career with Commercial Carolina, but prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, he worked for the Gerson Lehrman Group in New York City, as an analyst in the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications division.  His responsibilities included industry analysis and reporting.

Will graduated from Washington & Lee University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, and is currently the Treasurer and a board member of the Washington & Lee University Alumni Association’s Charlotte Chapter.  Mr. Baugher is also actively involved with the Charlotte Youth Lacrosse Association (CYLA), where he enjoys volunteering as a coach.
